Last year’s annual Mary Taylor picnic was cancelled due to lockdown. But it’s back! Join us on 11 April 2021 to commemorate the experience of early Wellington resident Mary Taylor, who walked up Mt Victoria to look for a ship to take a letter to her friend Charlotte Bronte.

As usual, we are holding a Victorian picnic at the summit of Mt Vic. Come dressed in Victorian costume, and if you can, bring along a Victorian-style afternoon tea. Friends and families welcome. Cancelled if the weather is against us – if you want to check ring Jo on the day 027 7577984.
